Waterhen Lake General Store

The Waterhen Lake General Store and fuel station structure was built in the 1990s and is owned by the WLFN. It was originally conceived as a small business centre with the idea that the store would supply the community with groceries throughout the year.

The Waterhen General Store operates all year round, with store hours aimed at accommodating the community needs as well as the tourists’. The Waterhen General Store is open 7 days a week from 8:00 am ‐ 8:00 pm Mon-Fri, and 10:00 am - 6:00 pm on Sundays.

The Waterhen General Store stocks food staples, treats, camping items and some small souvenirs. These products are light weight and nutritious, making them a desirable item for tourists.
