Call for Board of Directors

WLFNDC  Waterhen Lake First Nation Development Corporation (WLFNDC) is now accepting applications for Board of Directors positions.

Open Positions:
-WLFN Member Board Director (2-year term)
-Independent Board Director (2-year term)

WLFNDC oversees key Nation-owned businesses including: Miywasin Ota Resort, Waters Edge Eco Lodge, Waterhen Forestry Products, Kiyanaw Askiy Construction, and the Waterhen General Store. We are seeking individuals with experience in business, tourism, retail, construction, governance, or finance. Board members help guide investment priorities and ensure business growth for the Nation.

Requirements:
-Must be a WLFN member or Independent professional in good standing
-Submit: completed application form, resume, letter of interest, and optional headshot or support letter
-Able to attend quarterly meetings (virtual or in-person)
-Board compensation and travel provided
